ERA-EDTA Fellowship Programme

A few years ago ERA-EDTA launched the Fellowship Programme, an initiative aimed at supporting basic and clinical research in Nephrology.

The ERA-EDTA Fellowship Programme gives the great opportunity to the young investigators from ERA-EDTA geographical area to develop the research they are interested in, to spread specific clinical techniques and to improve their clinical skills.

The different kinds of fellowships supported by ERA-EDTA are:

  1. LONG TERM FELLOWSHIPS, intended for advanced training through research;
  2. SHORT TERM FELLOWSHIPS, intended for:
    1. promoting a research collaboration between two institutions;
    2. training in specific clinical techniques (e.g. renal biopsy and pathology, epidemiological skills,

We just remind you that the ERA-EDTA geographical area is composed of the following countries:
Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, FYRM of Macedonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
